Policies
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation of orders made with The Crafty Peach LLC are only entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the purchase. Cancellations made more than 24 hours post-purchase are subject to the sole discretion of The Crafty Peach LLC for a partial refund, or a refund may not be issued.
RETURNS
- There are no returns or exchanges. Every item is thoroughly inspected for quality before shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company provided in your shipping conformation email and email The Crafty Peach LLC with photos of the damaged product for documentation purposes, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are to be determined at the sole discretion of The Crafty Peach LLC, with the only exception being order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
- The Crafty Peach LLC reserves the right to, in our sole discretion, refuse service to anyone, at any time, and for any reason. For example, reasons include but are not limited to - someone becoming challenging to work with. In the event that products or services have been purchased before The Crafty Peach LLC decided to refuse service, a refund may be issued. Please see our refund policy for more details.
